Vidim da ovdje dugo nema nikoga ali se nadam da ce neko ipak vidjeti moje pitanje. Veceras sam napravila svoj prvi ghee. Mislim da mi je malo zagorio. Maslac je bio domaci i na laganoj vatri sam ga kuhala oko 25 min. Ima malo tezak miris cijelo vrijeme. Sad je u tegli i boje je meda. Talog sa dna serpe sam jedva oprala i bio je tamno smedj. Ako je malo zagorio da li ga smijem koristiti?

Ne bi smjelo zagorjeti jer se u tom slučaju stvaraju neki štetni spojevi (općenito se na maslacu ne bi nikada trebalo pržiti, upravo zbog toga). Također ne bi smio biti nikakav težak miris - barem meni nikad nije, ali to možda ovisi i o samom maslacu.

Da, to ovisi o maslacu, neki znajtu tako smrdit, Kupila sam bila od žene koja je dobila glavnu nagradu na sajmu sira, pa sam mislila da ima dobar maslac. To je bilo kao da sam u štali..

Po opisanom je nemoguce reci je li zagorio. Domaci ghee obicno ima nesto tamniju zuckastu boju (ne znam kako u kupovnom dobivaju onako bijeli), na dnu se javlja talog i ima specificni, pomalo orasasti miris.

Je li nesto zagorilo je vise stvar gradacije (boje, mirisa) i tesko mi je opisat iako mi se zna desit da zagori.

Sto se duzine kuhanja tice ne mjerim, jednostavno skinem sa vatre kada se prestane oslobadjati voda (mjehurici).

Meni se ova boja čini sasvim OK.

Ali ti moram reći da jako, jako, jako grješiš ako ne jedeš masnoće. Nastat će ti upalni procesi i svašta se može izroditi - a najviše će biti izložen krvožilni sustav.

Masnoće su zdrave i prijeko potrebne organizmu - samo treba izbjegavati rafinirana ulja i margarine.

Maslinovo ulje, maslac, ghee, svinjska mast, konopljino, bučino i kokosovo ulje ... slobodno jedi žlicom.
