Zadani

Banatska štrudla sa makom


Potrebno je:

1/2 vode
1/2 l mleka
2 kašike šećera
1 kockica svežeg kvasca
6 kašika ulja
2 kašičice soli
mak količinski po ukusu
brašno (po potrebi)
Priprema:

U posudu staviti brašno. U drugu posudu podgrejanih 1/2 l mleka, pomešati sa 1/2 l mlake vode, sipati 2 kašike šećera i u to dodati kvasac. Kada kvasac naraste, sipati ga u posudu u kojoj je brašno.
Mešati brašno i rastvoren kvasac, u to sipati 6 kašika ulja i 2 kašičice soli. Dodavati brašno, dok se ne napravi glatko testo. Ostaviti da odstoji.
Samleven mak sipati u prokuvalo mleko (količina mleka, zavisi od količine maka) i dodati šećer.
Testo podeliti na 4 dela. Svaki deo posebno razvući i premazati sa uljem i staviti pripremljen mak (ukoliko volite sladji nadev, posuti šećer po maku). Poredjati u tepsiju.
Malo zapečene štrudle, premazati sa razmućenim belancetom. Prijatno!


U zivotu je najlakse zaobici vrata koja se tesko otvaraju...
Samo hrabri ljudi kucaju na ta vrata...
Jer tako nauce da cene one koji ih otvaraju..

Čokolino bez mlijeka

U blender se stavi šaka badema, lješnjaka ili oboje. Doda se stevie po želji. Smiksa se i pomješa s čokolinom, keksolinom itd.
Prije toga nekih 20-tak minuta je poželjno uzeti rejuwelac ili zelenu magmu (još su bolje svježe mladice ječma) zbog enzima itd. Može i nešto drugo bogato enzimima, vitaminima itd.

Predivan kolac



Priprema
Penasto umutiti maslac sa šećerom i dodati jaja i sve dobro izmešati. Dodati iseckane orahe, mešavinu brašna, vanilin šećera i praška za pecivo. Smesu dobro promešati pa dodati ovsene pahuljice, suvo grožđe i kandidrano voće, dobro sjediniti i uliti u pleh obložen pek papirom. Kolač sa ovsenim pahuljicama i suvim voćempeći u rerni na 175°C oko 30 minuta. Ispečen kolač ostaviti da se ohladi pa ga izrezati na kockice.
Sastojci
  • 100 g maslaca
  • 250 g šećera
  • 1 kesica vanilin šećera
  • 150 g brašna
  • ˝ kesice praška za pecivo
  • 4 jaja
  • 200 g oraha
  • 50 g ovsenih pahuljica
  • 50 g suvog grožđa
  • 100 g kandiranog voća

Zadani Kolač ‘’Ledene jabuke’‘

Sastojci 1 kgjabuka
6 dclvode
15 dagšećera
2 vrećice pudinga od vanilije (ukupno 80 g)
pola žličicecimeta
2 kutije Petit Beurre keksa (keksi s maslacem, ukupno 400 g)
250 mlslatkog vrhnja po želji
kakao ili ribana čokolada (za posipanje)





Operite, ogulite i naribajte jabuke i stavite ih kuhati u vodu, sa šećerom. Nemojte ih cijediti od njihovog soka. Kuhajte ih 5-10 min., da malo omeknu.

Oba prah pudinga iz vrećice razmutite sa ukupno 12 žlica hladne vode. Kad jabuke omeknu, dodajte im razmućeni puding i malo cimeta pa sve zajedno kuhajte (miješajući) dok se smjesa ne zgusne i poveže s jabukama, 5-10 minuta.

U posudu za pečenje posložite red keksa pa red smjese od jabuka, opet red keksa, ponovo red jabuka i na kraju red keksa. (Ovisno o veličini posude, neke kekse možete prelomiti ako vam ne stanu ili vam vire iz ruba posude, prilagodite si veličinu i količinu keksa tako da pokrijete dno posude).

Ostavite ga da se dobro ohladi. Kolač premažite šlagom od tučenog vrhnja (najbolje sutradan, ostavite ga preko noći na hladnom, da keksi upiju sok od jabuka i omekšaju i da se fil poveže, kako biste ih mogli rezati na kocke) i prije posluživanja (ako želite) posipajte kakaom ili naribanom čokolado

Brzi krem kolac

Umutiti 4 jaja, 6 kasika secera, 1dl ulja, 2 dl mleka, 4 solje (od 2 dl) brasna, 1 prasak za pecivo i saku iseckanih oraha. Sasuti u podmazan pleh i ispeci.
Peceno testo preliti sa :
1/2l mleka staviti da provri sa 6 kasika secera, u to sipati 2 pudinga razmucena u 2dl vode i u ukuvan fil dodati 1/2 margarina i 3 stangle cokolade. Sve sjediniti i preliti vruce preko testa
Kada se ohladi, preko staviti ili umucen slag ili narendati cokoladu

Čokoladna mousse torta

Samljeti 240 g keksa, staviti u zdjelu i preliti sa 120 g rastopljenog maslaca, izmješati rukom i utisnuti u kalup.

Izlomiti 200 g čokolade za kuhanje i 100 g obične čokolade , dodati 120 g maslaca izrezanog na kockice i sve staviti otopiti. U to dodati 80 ml tople vode i 4 žumanjka te izmiksati.

Posebno izmiksati snijeg od 4 bjelanjka i špatulom( žicom) umiješati u čokoladu.

Sve istresti na podlogu u kalup i staviti u hladnjak da se dobro ohladi.

Ukrasiti šlagom.

Pita od smokvi i rogaca
Za tijesto



Pjenasto izmiješajte maslac sa šećerom, vanilin šećerom i naribanom koricom limuna.


Zatim naizmjence dodajte brašno pomiješano s praškom za pecivo i jaja.



Na kraju dodajte kiselo vrhnje. Tijesto zatim prebacite na pobrašnjenu podlogu i oblikujte kuglu. Zamotajte u plastičnu foliju i ostavite da odstoji oko 2 sata u hladnjaku.

U međuvremenu pripremite nadjev. U posudi zakipite mlijeko u koje ste dodali šećer i vanilin šećer pa dodajte pšeničnu krupicu i kuhajte 2 minute.


Skinite s vatre i umiješajte mljeveni rogač s naribanom koricom limuna i naranče te pustite da se malo ohladi. Potom umiješajte maslac i jaja.


Izvaljajte tijesto na plastičnoj foliji kako vam se ne bi uhvatio za podlogu, a gornju površinu tijesta prilikom valjanja povremeno pobrašnite. Tijesto razvaljajte na veličinu okruglog kalupa (Ř 26 cm).


Na tijesto rasporedite na ploške narezane svježe smokve (ili razmažite marmeladu od smokava) i prelijte prethodno pripremljenim nadjevom.


Stavite peći u prethodno zagrijanu pećnicu na 170°C.


Nakon dvadeset minuta izvadite pitu te je ukrasite trakama načinjenim od ostataka tijesta za pitu. Trake od tijesta, po želji, namažite žumanjkom, vratite u pećnicu i pecite još 20 minuta.
