pravilno napravljen kiseli kupus moze proci po meni.. posto su u njemu zivi probiotici pa je to i zivuca hrana..

doduse ovi kupovni kupusi sa silnim konzervansima i sl.. neznam bas koliko je kod njih to slucaj i dal su jos uvjek "zivi".. zato se najbolje pripremit na vrijeme za zimu i ukiselit svoje tko voli il kupit domace..

Prijateljica već par zima eksperimentiše sa kiselim salatama. Ne dodaje limuntos niti bilo kakve kiseline, i koliko se sjećam, ostavila je više teglica da stoje dugo, pa otvarala jednu po jednu, da bi pratila kad će biti prekisele, i bilo je to tek u proljeće.

Baš ću je pitati da mi ponovi proces, pa javim.

Može li nar dugo trajati? Kad se osuši kora, je li iznutra i dalje dobar?


…a o zmajevom biseru ni rijeci!

Naravno da je dobar. Maloprije sam uzela limun za salatu i vidim kora gotovo potpuno osušena, a unutra sasvim pristojna količina soka.

Pokušat ću napraviti pokus s limunom, ali ukoliko i jest manja količina soka, tada je sasvim sigurno veći koncentrat.

ZA GORDANU : Kao što kaže naš dobri duh Uoo (kiseli kupus), a što se tiče rajčice imam veliku sreću što uspijem dobiti na poklon domaće pelate, iako, kada ih nemam mogu poslužiti i oni iz kantice, jer u nijednoj kantici pelata nema toliko otrova kao u mesu i njegovim prerađevinama.

Ako pitaš za nar, dalmatinski šipak, iz iskustva ti govorim da kada se kora počne jače sušiti samo je još jedno kraće vrijeme jestiv. Kasnije se ili upljesnivi ili potpunoma osuši pa su zrnaca bez soka.

U kući ih držim suhe za ukras. U vrtu imam ravno 10 stabalaca nara pa možeš na osnovu toga zaključiti koliko mi je iskustvo s narom. Ne prodajem ga, već ga uz nešto poklanjanja svega pojedemo jer ga obožavamo svi u kući.

Ostavimo preko noći u osunčanoj vodi u hladnjaku. Izlijemo vodu (ukoliko je u pitanju grah) i izmiksamo uz dodatak nove vode ovisino o gustoći koju želimo postići. Kod ostalih mahunarki ili žitarica vodu nije potrebno bacati. Dodamo začine (sol ili domaća vegeta, slatka crvena paprika). Zagrijemo. Dobar tek.

Dodavati se može koješta (začini), ali upravo zato što neznamo kako što u određenom organizmu djeluje, pametnija je ona čim čim manje, tim tim bolje.

...sjećam se svojih početaka. Neopisiv je osjećaj čistoće nakon relativno kratkog vremena....i naravno, pobjede same sebe, što uostalom i jest najveća čovjekova bitka.

Idealno bi bilo umjesto miksera koristiti mužar (avan, stupa).

Budući sirovojelci neka malo pogledaju prehranu klicama. Na taj način mogu izbjeći namakanja i miksanja. I puno, puno toga.

RECEPT (moj omiljeni) u prijelaznom periodu i još uvijek uleti - rijetko doduše, ali ipak uleti.

naribano povrće (korijenasto)
krastavac
tjestenina (palačinke)
po želji dodatak luka ili češnjaka, domaća vegeta ili sol (jodirana), limun i maslinovo ulje

- umjesto navedenog može se upotrijebiti bilo koje povrće

PALAČINKE
- osunčana voda
- brašno polubijelo tip 850
- sol
ispeći bez ulja

poredati na kupić i rezati, sve dodati povrću, promiješati i ostaviti kratko vrijeme

Osobe kojima je poznata biljka štir, a imaju je oko kuće, preporučam kao dodatak ovoj salati, a može biti i zasebna hrana uz dodatak tjestenine.

Sigurna sam da ste prepuni mašte i da će svatko recept prilagoditi svome ukusu.

Uživajte u novim okusima.

P.S. Umjesto tjestenine možete koristiti kuhani krumpir.

GREŠKA nije u pitanju štir (amarantus) već korov koji raste oko kuća, danas sam ga koristila, ali se ne mogu sjetiti imena, samo mi se čini da počinje sa kvakastim slovom.
