Hi! Yoga za tijelo

dali bi me netko mogao uputiti gdje se u Zagrebu vježba yoga ali samo za rastezanje , malo sam potpuno zahrđao .

ak netrazis nis posebno onda su ti dosta 5 tibetanaca i pozdrav sunca tu se budes itekak razgibao, mos kombinirati da radis dva puta na dan tj. obije vjezbe ujutro i navecer ili zapocetak kreni s jednom vjezbom ujutro, a drugu vjezbu navecer

i ja sam za pet tibetanaca i pozdrav suncu,kad nemaš vremena nizašta drugo onda su ove vježbe super...a također i osjećaj poslije njih

baš sam to tražio , nekada sam vježbao trenirao i odlično se osječao , prije 10 godina , i onda sam imao tešku povredu glave pa tri operacije na gore navedenoj i od onda hrđam ko stari brod pred rezanje , od sada ču stalno vježbati tibetance

svakako onda kreni stim 5 tibetanaca ono je jednostavno, brzo i ucinkovito, samo pazi na disanje za svaku vjezbu ima odredeno kada se udahne, a kad izdahne prilikom izvodenja vjezbe, kako bi bila vjezba sto ucinkovitija, krenes zapocetak na dan po 5 puta za svaku od tih 5 vjezbi, jer su za pocetnika dosta teske cak je i za mene bilo naporno kad sam imao 20godina radeci po 7 puta za svaku vjezbu

mozes onda kombinirati napraviti ujutro pozdrav sunca jer su one nesto lakse napravis ih 3-5puta cijeli krug svih tih vjezbi isto tako pogledaj kad se udahne, a kad izdahne to je kljuc inace u yogi od samog pukog razgibavanja, a navecer 5 tibetanaca i to ce ti sveukupno oduzeti mozda 15-20min na dan

Samo nemoj tibetance raditi uvece posle 19 h, jer se moze desiti da ne mozes zaspati .Tako mi je savetovao Acarya...on praktikuje jogu,tibetance, tai chi...nema ga ovih dana forumu

nisam znala ovo za nespavanje?! ja praktikujem oko 4-5 g.tibetance i to uvijek navečer prije spavanja i zaspim kao bebica..

to sa spavanjem znam od prije jer sam i sam nekada vježbao tai chi ali ako se nemože spavati napraviti laganu šetnju i poslije se spava ko beba
