Svatko tko meditira na način da se ispunjava svjetlom i mirom zaštićen je ... ne trebaš osjećati strah što god da dođe korisno je ... svjjetlo je uvijek uz tebe, svjetlo je uvijek uz nas ... smiriti um da bi vidjeli unutra iz kulisa ljudskog života nije samo korisno već i nužno da bi mogli izabrati uvijek pozitivnu stranu života ...

meditacija je predivna ako se sprovodi pravilno uvijek koristi, uvijek pomaže ... uvijek osnaži, uvijek krijepi ... samo naprijed nemoj odustati ... zbog jednog neugodnog iskustva ... neznam što si doživjela kada se pojaviljuje strah ali znam da ništa negativno nemože opstati pred svjetlom tvoje duše a meditacija upravo to čini povezuje nas sa nama samima u orginalu ... sa predivnim svjetlosnim bićima punim sreće i radosti ...

jel se može ležat dok se meditira nekako mi je ovaj klasični položaj neudoban jer imam problema sa donjim djelom leđa

jel koristite kristale, ja sam si nabavio ametist, malahit, rozekvarc i kvarc, čuo sam da su dobri u meditaciji al neznam kak se koriste

Možeš ležati,bitno je da ti je kralježnica ravna...meni je zakon meditirati u ležećem položaju,najteže se dižem iz meditacije kad ležim i najdublje sam u njoj ležeći...ok mi je i ad sjedim a rijetko sam u lotosu jer mi nije udoban...

imam još par pitanjaca

probo sam sjedit malo u ovom klasičnom položaju i nikako mi nije jasno kako je muguće prilikom totalne relaksacije mišića imat ravna leđa? ja čim se malo opustim zgrbim

gledo sam ove videe ( onih 5 u nizu), nisam ih još sve do kraja vidio ( sorry ako je tamo moje pitanej odgovoreno), uglavnom u 2 videu se govori kako treb pratiti svoj dah i postupno ga skraćivati do točke kada skoro ne dišemo i dah nam stane u položaju trećeg oka, kako to postići... a da se ne ugušim? ispravite me ako sam neš krivo shvatio

također me zanima kako se probudit iz takvog transa,
i ako netko ima neki link za muziku za meditaciju

Nasloni se negdje pa ce ti biti lakse.

Znaci cilj je pratiti dah, a to napravis tako da se opustis i pustis tijelu da dise samo od sebe i nebi se trebao ugusiti (bar ja nisam ).

Dah ti se nakon toga sam postepeno smanjuje sam od sebe.

Samim time misli u mozgu ti se smanjuju i na kraju ih nema uopce, mozda pokoja izleti, ali brzo nestaje i to je to.

Znaci ti si samo promatrac bez utjecaja uma (ega) ...

Probudit se mozes bilo kada zato sto si svjestan, otvori oci i probudi se, a mozes si namjestiti i budilicu ...

ja sam inače užasno analitična osoba i ne postoji trenutak kad o nečemu konkretnom ne razmišljam, jako mi je teško smirit misli,
hah valjda se to postiže vremenom

a što se tiče naslanjanja mislio si uz zid npr il kak?
