radila sam yoga nidru puno puta, (bavim se yogom 19 godina) ne vidim nikakve opasnosti u toj vrsti yoge, ono što se znalo dešavati početnicima jest da su vrlo brzo zaspali i probudili se na kraju....
isto tako ne razumijem što znači "drugi stupanj bilo koje druge yoge"...
koje yoge?... karma yoge? bhakti yoge? hatha yoge?...
i na kraju krajeva - mi nismo isti - netko može vježbati 10 godina yogu i ne stići daleko (jer to radi bez srca i razumijevanja - možda iz mode, rekreativno), dok netko drugi za koga mi mislim da je "početnik" vrlo brzo uđe u bit...

A šta mislite o vinyasi za početnike??Budući da sam samo par puta probala raditi hathu i prilično uspješno za početnika,mislila sam nastaviti sa hathom dok ne postignem razgibanost,uđem u fol,u sustinu etc...a onda mi moja instruktorica rece da ipak probam vinyasu,da je bolja i da nije tako teska,te da hathu uglavnom preporučuje onima nerazgibanim,starijim etc.Ne mogu da budem pametna odakle početi.U ovom studiju u koji planiram ići su u ponudi power fusion,vinyasa detox,asctanga,vinyasa detox uz naravno hathu i vinyasu za početnike...i to je sve...ako sam dobro shvatila sve te vrste joge imaju jako slican uticaj na tijelo i um..samo se tehnike rada razlikuju.

Jel mi može netko od vas na forum da napiše kako se izvodi ta yoga nidra i da mi da par savjeta, imam 14 god. i sad se želim da bavim yogom pa da mi napišete čega se trebam pridržavati i neke vježbe koje da radim za početak

Yoga Nidra therapyis a powerful healing tool and is ubiquitous in yoga therapy. This is because it's an ultimate method of inducing profound relaxation and deep rest. Resting the body‐mind is the fundamental basis on which true and deep healing takes place. Most people find it extremely difficult to rest deeply, especially when they are ill. Many people will not even take time off from work during an illness because of commitments, or because they are so driven. This in turn may lead to more complex and difficult to manage disease situations.
How does it work?

You are lying down on the floor and under my guidance we are going to move slowly from the normal state(Physical Body) to a meditative state (Mental or Spiritual Body) and the gradually find a state of "ultimate harmony" in which brain waves slow down and subtle euphoria (The Bliss Body) emerges.

Although for most practitioners it takes time and practice to slip into more advance stages, you will tend to emerge relaxed, rejuvenated and completely at peace.

Ma nije težak test za prevesti,ali trenutno nemam vremena za to.Najlaša ti je opcija Google translator-copy-past tekst i shvatićeš o čemu se radi.Ovo je neka uspavljujuća joga,zaspeš i duboko se opsustis :-D :-).Meni se sviđa ova ideja,ovako kao što je opisano,ali tek ću po prvi put probati naredne sedmice.
