U yogi polozajima-asanama, sve je vezano za kicmu: od sedenja u sidasani preko istezanja, zauzimanja raznih polozaja pa cak i samog opustanja u lezecem ili sedecem polozaju. i yoga disanje utice na osnazivanje ledjnih misica, odmah uz samu kicmu, a takodje i trbusnih misica, koji pomazu kicmi da zauzme i drzi pravilan polozaj, i tako rasterecuje pritiska sam kicmeni stub.ukratko ;yoga je veoma korisna u osnazivanju i tela i uma,...ako joj se pravilno i posveceno prilazi....Nebih ja nesto imala poverenja u te modifikovane yoge radije sam za klasican nacin......poslusaj Bamakhepu, on je tu strucan. Ja sam ti samo pokusala malo objasniti na jednostavan nacin o cemu se tu radi..

Da dodatno zakompliciramo :D ... Uz to "suska se" kako je na taj hata jogicki dio kod njega uticaj imao Iyengar koji pak sam spada u neku "modernu" jogu ili barem prelaznu fazu dok nisu zapadnjaci sami dodatno izmjenili dok jos "moderniji" pravci vode do izvora u Iyengarovom ucitelju (Krishnamacharya) koji je pak s druge strane bio tradicionalni hindu "teolog" i jogi sa himalajskim stazem itd... malo je sve to puno spetljanije nego izgleda na prvi pogled.

Nisam ni mislila da je jednostavno, samo sam pokusala da mu prikazem osnovne dobrobiti hata yoge za telo i um , naravno misleci na ono sto moze ovde da dobije... kad sam rekla"KLASICAN" pristup, mislila sam na razne;medical,pilatese, i na ostale varijacije koje rade u patikama-tenisicama,.mislim da me razumes...

A što je to točno puno kompleksnije od kopiranja od instruktora a da se ne može kopirati s ekrana nego se mora baš uživo od instruktora?

Ako samo kopiras instruktora onda on i nije instruktor nego papiga koja slijepo prenosi slijed asana fiksno kao kakvu borilacku katu. Posao instruktora je u stvari da izradi vjezbu za tebe, a ne da ti kopiras njegovu. Kao sto nije posao dobrog trenera nekog sporta da bude (samo) demonstrator (cesto to i ne moze biti koliko neki mladji kolega jer mu su najaktivnije godine mozda vec jako davno prosle), njegov posao je da osmisli optimizirani trenazni proces za odredjenu osobu. Jedina razlika kod joge je da obuhvaca sire podrucje od samo fizickog vjezbanja.

Nije bas da u jogi nema povreda cak i sa kvalitetnim instruktorima i to kako onih fizicke tako i psihicke prirode, kamoli u losijim uvjetima. Posebno ako je covijek sa zdravstvenim problemima i/ili starijih godina nije uvijek najpametnije raditi nesto slijepim kopiranjem. No sve ovisi kako se pogodi, nije nuzno uvijek niti instruktor bolji od videa.
