Kao prvo,podatke izvlačim sa jedne skripte koju imam dugi niz godina i ok mi je ful.

Na sanskrtu "sarva"=cijelo,"anga"=tijelo te je stoga sarvangasana asana cijelog tijela.
Ova vježba je toliko korisna da bi ju trebalo izvodit po nekoliki puta dnevno.
Tajna njenog izvanrednog djelovanja sastoji se dijelom u tome što u ovom položaju primamo suprotna zračenja .
Poznato je da zemlja emitira negativna zračenja,dok iz svemira primamo pozitivna zračenja.
U normalnom,uspravnom položaju primamo,prema tome,negativna zračenja,dok pozitivna upijamo kroz glavu.
U Sarvangasani je djelovanje obrnuto ,odakle i nastaje njeno veliko terapeutsko djelovanje,pošto je čitav organizam u obrnutom položaju.

Izvođenje:
Ležeći na leđima,sa rukama opruženim uz tijelo i dlanovima na podu,polako udišemo i opružamo noge,ne savijajući koljena,sve dok nam noge ne dođu iznad nas.
Čim dođemo u ovaj položaj,izdižemo trup rukama tako da nam se kukovi oslanjaju na šake.
Odatle potiskujemo trup prema gore,sve dok ne dođe u istu liniju sa nogama vertikalno iznad nas.
Brada je čvrsto pritisnuta uz grudi.
Dišemo trbuhom i ostajemo u ovaj položaj dokle god nam je ugodno i bez nekog napora.
Početnici bi trebalo ostajat u ovom položaju kraće vrijeme i postepeno povećavat trajanje.
Vježbu završavamo laganim spuštanjem trupa a zatim i nogu,nikako nesmijemo na pod pasti kao vreća.
Ostajemo na podu nekoliko trenutaka dišući ravnomjerno i duboko kako bi se krvotok vratio u normalno stanje.
Nesmije se naglo ustajati jer je to štetno za srce.

Za terapeutsko djelovanje piše čitava biblija tako da sam to skratio i recimo da je odlična za krvotok budući da u obrnutom stavu oni organi i dijelovi tijela koji su pritisnuti sada dobivaju priljev svježe krvi,srce se u ovoj pozi više odmara,vratne žile se pune krvlju tako da štitnjača,krajnici ušne žlijezde,grudna žlijezda i pluća dobivaju svježu hranu a čak i da najteže slučajeve proširenih vena liječi,hemoroide i nakraju,općenito,pomlađuje tijelo.

Moja iskustva s ovom pozom su da su mi snovi živopisni,"gušći" i pozitivniji,disanje mi je bolje,glava me ne boli,smireniji sam a i koža bude ljepša.
Ja ovu pozu upražnjavaam kako kad,obično ne traje duže od 1 minute jer mi se neda i lijen sam ali čim se pojavi neki simptom kao recimo glava da boli ili dupe (kad sjedim na stolicu citav dan zbog kompa,valjda hemeroidi haha) u par dana sve nestaje.
Toplo je preporučam,seriozan sam

najbolja asana za ukorijenjivanje.
desna noga preko lijeve, idealno da oba koljena dodiruju pod. treba vremena i vjezbe za opustenost i prestanak grca i boli za vrijeme izvodjenja.
mudre mogu biti razne, ovisno o energetskom centru na koji je fokus. ako je straznja stran dlana na koljenima, uz kaziprst mi je draze spojiti i mali prst sa palcem. Sunce, Jupiter i Merkur u jednoj tocci.
andjali mudra za otvaranje srca, ruke sa spojenim dlanovima iznad glave za krunu. takodjer mozete kombinirati razne mudre spojenih ruku iznad glave za krunu. pa zatim vaga (avatar od Spring) za balans itd. mogucnosti ima koliko pozelite.

omiljena asana, preporucam je svima.

Anga puno češće znači ud tijela ili organ odnosno član, dio. Pa bi se moglo prevesti kao asana za sve dijelove tijela.... čisto ovak informativno, ovo što si napisao također odgovara značenju (ne znam kako je konkretno u jogi, ali u tekstovima sam puno češće vidjela da se za tijelo koristi riječ sharira).

Napravila sam jučer, i da, nemojte pasti ko vreće! Spuštala sam polako i baš sam jako osjetila kako se krv postepeno vraća u donji dio tijela.

Je, anga je dio necega (tijela u ovom slucaju, udovi ...).

Samo bih napomenuo da nijedna asana nije magicno cudo za sebe niti je jednako dobra za sve, a moze biti i stetna. Svakako "slusati tijelo", a po mogucnosti ne ici sa zahtjevnijim asanama "na hladno", te biti opreznijin sto nam je vise godina. Generalno se inverznhi polozaji (osim nekoh prilagodjenih varijanti) smatraju naprednijima i nisu stvari koje se obcno rade na pocetku, opet tim vise sto nam je vise godina.

Onako generalizirajuci bio bih oprezan kod problema ili ozljeda vratne kraljeznice, glavobolja, visokog tlaka isl.

Mnogi smatraju kako se takve asane ne bi trebale raditi u vrijeme menstruacije, nisam siguran koliko je to objektivno, a koliko neka "seljacka logika" (ka obrtanjem sprjecavamo tok prema dole) koja moze i ne mora odgovarati stvarnosti. No kako bilo najcesce se ne preporuca.

Vježbam jogu od 15 godine, vježbe Sarvangasana ili svjeća i Halasana te.plug najčešće radim navečer jer poslije izvođenja se osjećam osvježeno i lagano
Kad sam umorna,a nemam vremena za duži odmor radim vježbu Shavasana ili položaj mrtvaca,za 15 minuta ja sam odmorna ko da sam otspavala 2 sata

Tako jedna "obicna glupa" vjezba a toliko toga za rec i pokazat, a neke "komplicirane" pa se nema sto rec, a i sluze tek toliko
